In the heart of the pretty little village of Mayrac, near the castle, we invite you to our cottage "Pépouze" with its authentic and atypical charm completely renovated with its garden, its private jacuzzi with 5 spaces and its two free parking spaces.

We offer you an "all-inclusive" rate for a real holiday: cleaning, wifi, household linen, towels and bath towels, bed made on arrival, 2 private parking spaces, private jacuzzi 5 places, garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, table, armchairs and barbecue for outdoor lunches, "arrival" product kit (shower product, shampoo, toilet paper, handkerchief, dishwashing liquid, salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar...).
We accept payment by paper and connect holiday vouchers, cash, bank transfer or cheque.
We ask for a deposit of 1000 euros which will be returned to you at the end of your stay after the inventory of fixtures at the end of the stay.
The tourist tax is 1.73 euros per adult per day. Children under 18 do not pay it.

The house offers a warm atmosphere, mixing exposed stone, wood and metal and combining old and modern to offer you maximum comfort and tranquility. Three terraces equipped with garden furniture, table, chairs or other deckchairs will allow you to relax and disconnect. The ground floor of the house is structured around a living room, a living room with a well and a fully fitted kitchen opening on each side onto a terrace allowing meals or direct access to the garden. A central staircase leads to the sleeping areas and the bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet. A 2nd toilet is on the ground floor. Spread over different levels, 3 bedrooms with reversible air conditioning. The first with direct access to the garden, the second, with its generous volume, has a living room, an office area and a beautiful view of the Auvergne mountains, as for the third, it allows you to admire the stars.

The geographical location is ideal, close to many tourist sites (Martel, Rocamadour, Collonges la rouge, Padirac and even Sarlat 40 minutes by car) as well as essential shops, restaurants, markets and doctors. A multitude of activities are also possible: monkey forest, eagle rock, Reptiland, Gramat animal park, canoeing on the Dordogne, cycling or walking, swimming on the sites of Saint-Sozy, Gluges, Montvalent, Saule water park, horse riding, golf. Castles to visit Castelnau-Bretenoux, Montal, Carennac.
