Below standard
Bathroom was very dirty, the cover of commode was broken, window was very dirty, Sofa cousin was very dirty, you can not sit on it. No Towel, No Lenin and no night bulb.

Also in my reservation status, room with air-conditioner. In hotel reservation slip it is shown as roon with non-Air-conditioner. How it was happened. Please clarify.
