Full kitchen, living/dining room, family room, and a loft are all available. Large back deck, partly covered by an awning, offers a relaxing space to sit. There is a 1 person jacuzzi tub in master bath. *WIRELESS INTERNET!* Charcoal grill, cable TV w/ DVD player in living room, telephone, ping pong table, central A/C, & on-site parking for 3 cars (must purchase parking passes through Chautauqua Institution's ticketing office). You will also have POOL PRIVILEGES @ THE PINES! Sleeps 8. Bedroom #1: 2 Twins (lower level), Bedroom #2: Queen (lower level), Bedroom #3: King (2 twins pushed together), main level - sleeper sofa in family room (lower level). ** NO SMOKING** This property offers Optional Trip Cancellation Insurance upon request. *RENTS SAT-SAT
