Steve was very helpful in taking a last minute booking. The property is a little further out than we thought and so a car (especially for carrying shopping up Cardiac Hill) would be recommended. We would go again because the hotel was very good, but the area very disappointing. A lot of graffiti and scruffy buildings really let it down. The whole area needs a to be upgraded.
