The Hotel is old but they do have remodeled area. Currently 1 elevator working so for 11 floors, there maybe some wait. The staff is nice and helpful and security is very visible. Originally placed in a double bed room, not what I reserved but the Hotel accommodated us by placing us in a much nicer room King size bed Ocean View.

Whatever I needed. Was delivered immediately. The staff are friendly, professional and kind. I have been visiting Costa de Oro since 2003 and find it like home. Though my health has gone downhill so I will not be returning but my husband may.

ac wasn’t cooling, toilet wasn’t flushing correctly, room floor wasn’t too clean, bathroom door was broken. took them a day to switch me rooms. staff was nice and helpful and understanding, but hotel is not well kept,the pool floor is unkep,the roof is falling .

Great location and budget friendly Hotel. Restaurant was OK, pool area is great ( music is very very load, as is the water aerobics instruction…). Very hard to ignore and enjoy the pool, read a book or nap!
