The apartment had the best view for the sunset, all the apartment was nice, comfortable beds and a lot of space in the kitchen. my wife and i enjoy every moment.

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay for the week. It was our first trip to Mazatlan, and I loved every moment of it. Two things for those interested. First, set your expectations on sound.... This apartment is right on the beach and right on the main avenue. This will provide you with incredible sunsets and views of the water (we saw whales the first day!), but the tradeoff means that on the weekends, you're going to have a lot of noise from the avenue and the malecon. It'll keep you awake. That said, by the second night, I'd mostly acclimated, and enjoyed the sounds of the city. There can also be some noise off the pool area as families and other guests enjoy the area. The other thing - and this one was the most annoying - was that there is only one key provided for the apartment. That key is the only way in and out of the building, the only way to access the lobby and lounge area, and the only way in and out of the apartment. It's not the end of the world, but if you're traveling with a few others, it can be a challenge. I'd definitely advise the host to provide a second key. All that said, though, what an incredible place to enjoy Mazatlan from. There is an OXXO, liquor store, coffee shop, within a few hundred meters/yards of the entrance. And the food nearby is absolutely amazing! Last, I'd also suggest talking with Richard at the front desk (in the lobby area) about tours and any transportation you need. He took our experiences to another level!

We had a horrible check in. The room was dirty it had not been cleaned yet when we got there so we had to wait 3 hours for the room to be cleaned , one room did not have a proper Ac working and when we cheled out i asked for a late checo out for the 3 hours i was owed and they charged me am additional 700 pesos for 3 more hours instead of giving them for free for the late check in, and they wanted to charge us an additional 200 pesos for a bracelet we never used , absurd and unprofessional never going back ever .

Es un tipo Airbnb, pocas toallas y colchas. Jo contaba con jabón y shampoo en los baños. No especifica al momento de reservar. En condiones aceptables más no es lo que esperaba. Mejor hubiera llegado a hotel.

En términos generales está bien, aunque le faltan algunos accesorios, como una plancha, una secadora de pelo, y una cuchara grande para servir la comida. Otro detalle es que las sillas del balcón estaban dañadas, casi se cae uno de nosotros, también la licuadora estaba dañada.
