This is an old property catering mostly to Mexican tourist families, not so much folks from farther north. Most workers speak enough English to handle the basics, but not much more. The facilities in general are dated, but in good shape. The rooms are adequate. The location within Mazatlán is unbeatable. Bottom line: It's priced fairly for what you get. Which is not a 5-star experience, but is in a great location.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was very convenient to the beach and other amenities. We walked to the Divers Cliff. The room was comfortable, clean and we had a beach view. The only drawback is the boardwalk is a very busy, noisy place at night.

This was a last minute stay and it turned out pretty good. Was clean and checking was quick. The only issue is one night went for dinner it was great. The next night we didn’t even finish our food. The prawns weren’t deveined (if anyone knows that prawn poop inside), and my spaghetti was like a can of spaghetti O’s. Other than that it needs a few upgrades with plumbing. It was a fun stay and easy to get around in a wheelchair.

I didn’t like how there was noise in the hallways I know it won’t always be there but when I stayed that happened. It isn’t the cleanest but it’s average just can be cleaner.
