Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Para lo que se pago, lo mínimo que se esperaba era que tuviera amenidades básicas como agua caliente, toallas limpias y limpieza en el cuarto. Nos hospedamos 8 días en temporada de carnaval y la intención de hospedarnos ahí era por que solo ocupábamos para descansar sin embargo en todos esos días solo 1 vez limpiaron y solo 1 vez nos dieron toallas limpias, el colchón estuvo terrible lo reportamos pero solo pusieron una esponja pero el colchón siguió haciendo demasiado ruido por que era muy viejo, volví a pedir asistencia pero ya no contestaron. No lo recomiendo, viajamos siempre con expedia y esta vez fue la peor opción de hospedaje que nos ofreció.
