From our room the unique Beach view ,gardens pretty well maintained , 4-5 different times been here ,on different years , well recommended , staff very friendly ,excellent service on restaurants , you will not be disappointed . Our room had a kitchen and balcony and looked over the harbour. The view was amazing. The pool that we used the most was close, with a swim up bar and restaurant, surrounded by palm trees and beautiful flowers and you could see the masts of the ships in the harbour. The restaurant closest to us had a different ethnic or theme of buffet each night such as BBQ, Mexican, Italian, and Asian with a live keyboardist . The food was great! Each night we would look over the harbour and watch the sunset while eating. The shuttle boat provided excellent regular service taking us to and from the beach which was my favourite spot with the sand, shaded lounge chairs and warm ocean. The resort provided toys for the kids to play with on the beach and the all inclusive restaurant and drinks were also on the beach. The premises and staff were perfect; warm and inviting with excellent service.

Todo muy bien !el hotel Es bonito y la Comida muy rica , la atención del personal también ,Pero no me pareció justo que al Llegar al Hotel nos hicieran un cobro de $1,000 según justificando que era de impuestos cuando jamás venía especificado además ningún hotel en México cobra cargos extra al llegar eso solo sucede en Estados Unidos aquí lo único que aveces se pide es un depósito el Cuál Se te regresa al Momento de hacer check out para mí eso fue un punto muy malo de parte del hotel
