Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
We had one contact with the coordinator, to request items. She responded but never contacted us again. Things wrong: -one key: had to coordinate our times to the suite. - no laundry facilities at all, for a two month stay. -no shower door in the master ensuite. -no shower towels, face cloths, tea towels.There was 2 hand towels, 3 pool towels and 1 dish cloth. -there was 1 set of sheets, on the bed. -we requested a second key, but never received it. -the internet, was not working and unreliable. -there were minut bugs everywhere, on and in including all cupboards, drawers, beds, furnature and floors. -all drains in the bathrooms were clogged. Which we repaired. - no cleaning supplies, this included hand soaps, window cleaner, and floor cleaner. - a cleaner was offered but for 30. US/day. - the kitchen was supplies with very basics, with a small 2 burner hotplate, melted and moldy cutting board and limited eating supples. All of this is important when renting for two months. We prefer to eat most meals in the unit. We would not recommend this unit for long term rental. Our experience was the worst in all of the fifteen years of renting in Mazatlan.
