1. Had to buy our own ice... AT A HOTEL? gimme a break. 2. Also being told that we wouldn't be getting the free included breakfast because we booked our room in 2023 and the "policy had changed" in the meantime was absolute BS 3. The $15 US pina colada I bought at the pool was a glorified Horchata. If you're going to have the nerve to charge $15 for a poolside cocktail you better be putting at least *some* rum in it. 3. All the toilets would whine and scream like banshees when flushed. Bad fill valves in every room. 4. The hot tub is a warm tub. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, the property was well kept, and nicely landscaped with great access to beach and the breakfast was very tasty with a lot of options but it felt like we were being unnecessarily nickel and dimed by irrationally bad management policies. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was just a lot of "little things" that were very easily correctable that led me to even think about writing this review.

Para empezar, al registrarnos, me informaron que la reservación, a pesar de ser para 3 adultos, solo incluía 2 desayunos; porque "eran de cortesía". La solución que me propusieron fue pagar ~$550 extra. Al día siguiente en el desayuno solo pagué 250 por el desayuno extra. La habitación es extremadamente pequeña y mal distribuida. El baño tiene espacios que no se aprovechan y la habitación se siente demasiado ocupada. El extractor del baño nunca funcionó, cuando lo reporté 4 veces. La limpieza, en una ocasión no limpiaron el baño hasta que se solicitó nuevamente. Y bueno, si está padre que puedas llevar perros y todo, pero NO deberían permitirlos en el comedor. Respeto y todo, pero, no es higiénico tener a los perros ahí dentro. Al llegar me dijeron que no podía ingresar bebidas ni alimentos externos al área de restaurante inclusive si los traía dentro de mi propia hielera, sin embargo en todo momento vi muchos huéspedes que tenían su hielera y evidentemente estaban ingiriendo sus propias bebidas. Comprensible siendo que el bar abría hasta las 3:00 PM La atención en restaurante muy buena, aunque los últimos dos días ya fue caos. No había cubiertos ni vasos limpios. Por último, necesita ser muy habilidoso para estacionarte, sobre todo en los niveles 2 y 3. Fuera de eso, el hotel es cómodo. Hay restaurantes, farmacias y tiendas de conveniencia cerca. Y siempre fueron amables.

You get what you pay for and the rates were not expensive. View from room was the rusty structure surrounding the front part of the hotel. No balcony!! We checked out two days early and went elsewhere
