Es un Complejo de departamentos muy bonito. Tiene un estacionamiento cerrado y tiene su propio cajón. Hay un gimnasio y piscina, y área de asador. El condominio tiene dos cuartos con sus propios mini splits, la cocina está equipada y hay una tele smart en la sala y cada habitación. Tiene una área propia de terraza que da vista hacia la ciudad

Está ubicado en la zona dorada una de las zonas mas turisticas de Mazatlan cerca de muchos restaurantes bares y centros comerciales. También cerca de la playa y el malecón.

Es muy facil moverse en taxi, uber, o didi. Igualmente se llega muchos lugares caminando. Con la cochera cerrada es muy fácil traer vehículo

El área de la alberca está abierta hasta las 10pm
