3BR Centro Home w/ Rooftop – Walk to Olas Altas Beach

  • Casa Romanita is a stunning home in the vibrant Historic Centre of Mazatlán. Recently renovated and equipped with modern conveniences and high-end furnishings, Casa Romanita offers stunning spaces to dine, relax and entertain!

    ​Casa Romanita is located just blocks from the beach at Olas Altas, and is within walking distance to many of the best restaurants and cafe's in the city! Also within walking distance are banks, markets, public squares and various shops.

    ​The living spaces are wide open, and double tall ceilings make the space feel even bigger. Large sliding windows open fully to let the fresh-air in. The kitchen is large, with a nice french-door fridge, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, microwave and small appliances.

    ​The master bedroom with king-size bed and large ensuite are on the second level, and also have access to the roof-top terrace. The second and third bedrooms are on the main floor of the house. The second bedroom has a private ensuite, while the third bedroom can access the guest bathroom, also with shower.

    Services included are: Smart TV in living room, internet, gas, water, electricity* as well as 1 cleaning every other week during your stay.

    *Included electricity is capped at $700 pesos. Any overages will be charged separately.
