Location was good and safe. Not many shops around you need to get Uber or taxi to go to the shops or boardwalk. But it’s only a couple minutes away not to far. However the hotel had the most beautiful ocean/sunset views. It had its own private beach and the swimming pool overlooking the ocean. Service was great, all staff very friendly. Rooms were spacious and very clean!! We stayed in a Ocean view room with a kitchenette. Totally recommend!!!!

Every morning i woke up with a stunning view of the ocean and sunrise. I went walking on the beach. The staff was attentionate and discreet, a nice combination in service. The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. A really nice place!

Not a bad word to say about The Palms. Looked just like the pictures, was very clean and the staff were great. We got the Superior Ocean view room and got exactly what we were hoping for. Amazing view & big balcony area. Room had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen sink, and even a dehumidifier which was awesome. I do wish they had a toaster in the rooms as well but that’s minor. You can very much hear the waves from the ocean all night in the room but that didn’t bother us. The pool & beach areas were amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff very courteous but some frustration with staff not understanding English. Our friends did not have a fridge in their room and that was very inconvenient for them. We had a fridge in our room which was wonderful for water, beverages and food. Please keep fridges in rooms!😀 Pool area wonderful!! Food excellent in Panama restaurant and bakery!!
