LA VILLA LA DUNE in MBOUR is composed of four bedrooms for a capacity of one to 8 people maximum. The four bedrooms have a bathroom (shower) and toilet. The villa has a swimming pool and a terrace with a direct view of the ocean.

Not overlooked and very quiet, the villa is located at the exit of Mbour towards Joal-Fadiouth.

It is a 10-minute walk from the Mbour market,
7 kms from Saly,

The accommodation
The house is composed of two parts.

The first part comprises:

- on the ground floor, a living room, a bedroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet,

- upstairs, a large terrace with a direct view of the ocean and two bedrooms (one of which has a small terrace), each with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

The second part includes:

- on the ground floor, a kitchen equipped with a fridge, gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
- a laundry room with a washing machine
- a guest shower toilet
- an outdoor shower.

- upstairs, a bedroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.

All rooms have:
- air conditioning,
- mosquito nets on the doors and windows,
- a fan.

Linen is provided (bed sheets, towels and bath sheets).

Outdoor area includes:

- a covered bar with stools
- a covered area (straw hut) with a large table and 10 chairs,
- four sunbeds,
- the 9x4 swimming pool,

The pool and outdoor areas are maintained daily by the caretaker.

A housekeeper comes once or twice a week for the bedrooms and kitchen.

Several restaurants nearby, including those at the Safari Club Hotel (100 metres) and the Marrakis Hotel (200 metres).
Supermarkets and pharmacy can be found on the main road 300 metres away.
