I booked a night stay at this hotel. Upon arrival to my room I inspected the area and found a a roach crawling in the refrigerator. When I looked more closely there were more roaches dead. I immediately requested a refund since I did not feel comfortable staying in a hotel that is probably infested in roaches. However, I have yet to receive my refund and it’s been 9 days. I have attempted to contact hotel management and staff continues to make excuses. No one has helped me with this matter and at this point I’m feeling very frustrated. Horrible experience with this hotel and staff.
