Nice hotel. Clean. Room was spacious. I'm not a big fan of carpet and the lounge chair looked dingy, but otherwise very good room.

This is a great hotel. Everything is very updated and the staff is helpful and friendly. The one thing people should be aware of is daily housekeeping is only offered if you are staying 3 days or more. I stayed two nights, but this wasn't an issue for me. Also, the hotel is located near many restaurants and shopping. Thank you to the management for a great stay!

Stayed here for 5 nights. Great property, great location, and truly fantastic staff. Rooms were spacious and clean, the gym was nice, and breakfast was delicious. The only issues were occasional water pressure problems (quickly fixed) and one elevator stopped working for a day. Would be great to have extra luggage carts too. But other than that, an excellent trip. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting north McAllen!

The room was clean and comfy. We had requested an extra sheet, but never received it. The breakfast was really good but it is not self serve, which we didn't mind at all. The coffee is not that good, but there are plenty of places around if you want coffee from somewhere else. Overall we would recommend this hotel.

It was an enjoyable stay. The chorizo beans were really good. The buffet was the first i have been to that they have some one serve you the food that was cool. Helped minimize flu/covid being transmitted. Pool was nice and it has great bbq area. Only issue was my room didnt have a vent for the bathroom kept the room pretty damp after showers.

Loved the stay here

Clean and nice. The hotel had a party on the first floor and we were staying on the first floor as well. Fortunately we didn’t hear anything at all and still had a pleasant sleep. Lots of room and the water pressure in the showers were amazing!! We stayed at the holiday inn the night before but the customs service there was horrible. Definitely recommend this place over any if you are in the area!

This was my second stay in 2 months, but I'm not sure I'd stay here again. I opted for the larger suite this time; while the living room was bigger, the bathroom and kitchen were the same size. Overall, the room seemed more worn-out than the smaller room I stayed in last time, and it had strange quirks: The air conditioner in the bedroom was only a few inches from the bed and blew cold air directly onto it, which was not comfortable. In both styles of rooms, there seems to be little insulation in the floors, as I heard my upstairs neighbors stomping at 5 a.m. Leaf blowers started outside the windows at 6:20 a.m., and the fire alarm went off twice by accident at 7:30 a.m. on a Saturday. The noise issues are disappointing, as most of the staff are really wonderful, there's a great food truck at the hotel, and the shopping area in front of the building has some fantastic restaurants. I hope the hotel fixes these problems, as it's a good location for an extended stay hotel -- but it's hard to enjoy even a short stay with noises like these.
