Entertainment paradise with foosball, ping pong, video game ARCADES, ATARI and numerous board games. Backyard has HOT TUB and FIREPIT overlooking the miracle pines. Snow shoes, sleds, beach chairs available for rent. Fully stocked kitchen with spices and utensils. Nature walk nearby.

PARKING: Total of 2 large vehicles or 3 small cars can be parked. No trailers or RVs allowed. Only park on the driveway or inside garage. **No parking on Bighorn Street or Verita Rd at anytime**.

PETS: One pet is allowed, $125 pet fee. Pets must be LEASHED at all times, including in backyard and on driveway.

NOISE ORDINANCE: Strictly quiet hours from 9PM-7AM. Please also keep noise down at all times. Do NOT disturb neighbors.
