The first room that was given to us was not ready (bed not made, towels on the floor, trash everywhere) The second room was not great ( toilet was broken and there was toilet paper inside) We got a third room, and that one was ok. I have to say that for the price we paid the experience we had so far has been disappointed. Guacimara
Around three hours after checking out, Wife realized forgot clothes items and closet called staff informed her we are being charged $250 for a smell in their room and they don’t even know what it is neither I nor my wife smoke She could not narrow down what the smell was so they build me $250 for absolutely no reason and also informed us that my wife’s clothes were not in the closet So somebody wound up with some beautiful clothes and management to lay a Bogus Fraudulent whatever you wanna call it $250 charge on my credit card for absolutely nothing that we have done. I am absolutely appalled and disputing this. Beware Of this place

Hi Bruce,You smoked in the room and it smelled so strong when you checked out, we could not rent the room that night. You were charged a 250.00 fee for cleaning the room and not being able to rent the room out.Your girlfriends' cloths were found behind the chair, and I called her to let her know. She said to hold onto them, and she will come and pick them up. We are a 100 % smoke free hotel and do not allow any smoking. You are not allowed to come and stay at our hotel again, for the way you yelled and threatened us and what you did to the room.Sincerely,Jessica General Manager
The pool area was perfect for our stay with teenagers. Staff was helpful and responsive. The breakfast options were satisfying and tasted great. The location was ideal for our trip. We would return.
Our stay was very enjoyable. The pool was great and the location makes it easy to drive or walk to other locations in the area. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Had to get a room last minute, booked one online in about 5 minutes. When we checked in we immediately got showered up to go get some dinner. Had an issue with the room that was immediately resolved by the front desk. In the morning we went to get breakfast and the chef came over to greet us and ask if we wanted anything in particular, tslked a little bit, then knowing we were from out of town gave us some breakfast sandwiches for later. We travel a lot for work... best service by a hotel/motel I've experienced.

Hotel was great. They also changed the night easily and without question to the night before- something I tried to do through Orbitz but the Orbitz Rep claimed they wouldn’t change it when they called.
Next time I will book direct, which was cheaper.
The general manager is amazing! Very comfortable beds and quiet

You guys did not declare your dog you had in your room. You were in a non-pet friendly room, By not declaring your Pet I could of charged you only 250.00. We had a great time during our stay. The room was so cool, the air conditioning was fabulous after a day on the boat. The swimming pool was slightly heated perfect to get into. Our kids loved breakfast and swimming.
The staff was extremly helpful. The one strange thing was that housekeeping doesn't pay any attention to the "clean room" signs on the door. We found that out by calling the front desk because our "hanger" was missing and they hadn't cleaned the room. We were told we had to call the front desk to request our room be cleaned.
