"Stains on all the sheets the room I was in, refrigerator was dirty, rusty, and had an odor in the inside, the air conditioner didn’t work really. Blew out warm cool air. So the room stayed warm all day and night, still had trash behind the bed that I guess was missed by the cleaning crew. Trash in the hallway on the floor I was on. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until they do some heavy cleaning, upgrading and remodeling. Also it’s a pet friendly hotel. And you could tell it was cause the hotel smelled like dogs and cats."

"Every staff member with whom we interacted were pleasant. The food was delish. The room was the major issue - light bulbs were out. Shower curtain was dirty. There was no fridge. No chair. Headboard had dust buildup. Carpet was musty smelling. Room location was loud and bright. For the room reasons, I would not stay at this hotel again."

"The staff was pleasant although we received conflicting information between the evening and morning reception desk staff.the air conditioner digital display did not light up, therefore it was difficult to regulate the room's temperature. The floors were not mopped clean and there were numerous types of bugs in the room each day. The room was a renovated room but that is not enough to warrant a higher review."

"I want to give it a lower rating but there was a bed, a working shower and a decent breakfast. Sadly the place does seem to be falling apart, from cracks in the ceilings, slow elevators, smell of smoke everywhere (despite it saying they enforce the no smoking policy) and some broken locks on the inside. We required additional blankets and pillows, I called the front desk (guessed the number as it was not listed on the in room phone) and was told to come to the lobby to pick up the blankets but that the pillows will be delivered to me. Why I couldn’t just pick up both or have both delivered is a mystery to me. The biggest issue was the parking situation. I was expecting to pay for parking on the property but there was quite the limited parking and was told we had to go park in the overflow lot. That lot being a public parking facility which is dimly lit, and does not appear to be very secure (fortunately nothing happened). After parking you have to go through what looks like an alleyway basically and then cross the street to the hotel. Had I know the parking situation exactly I would not have booked here."
