"The house was lovely , but the AC was a problem. We could not get the lower level to get any higher than 68 - 70 even if the thermostat was set at 77! The intake grate was filthy as were some of the other vents and when the AC unit turned on it was literally so loud next to the 1st floor bedroom that it woke us up! The owner was easy to reach and very helpful."

"My sisters and I visited the Ozan Winery in Calera. Bella’s Place was not far from the winery. I’m so glad we chose this home. It is beautiful! The home is cozy, welcoming, and very CLEAN. Although it was a very short stay, we really enjoyed our time there. We will definitely book here again if we come back this way."

"This house is exactly what my family of 4 needed. We walked in and the home had a pleasant smell. The renovated house was charming and spacious. The living room furniture was so comfortable and the sofas reclined at the touch of a button. The smart TVs were nice for winding down. The appliances were all new. The beds were more comfortable than your typical VRBO home. Being an older home, the bathrooms were on the smaller size but were adequate for what we needed. Host was super responsive...

"We came in for BSC graduation and wanted to be close to campus. Location was perfect. Right of I65 and close to our regular restaurants and bars we like to visit while in Birmingham. The house was updated for an older neighborhood as shown in the pictures and was much bigger than the outside street picture. There are 2 Den areas with TV’s so a lot of room. As I read in the reviews, the house is on a busy street and a narrow drive that opens up in the back for multiple cars, but very manageable....

"This house is in a nice, convenient area of town and was perfectly clean. The bed was super comfy, and the linens felt nice and new. There is plenty of driveway parking. The host was easy to communicate with, very responsive, and could not have been more pleasant."

"This is just the cutest Craftsman-style bungalow primely located in the Avondale area of Birmingham. The lovely Avondale city park is directly across the tree-lined street. You will love the floors, large kitchen, cozy front porch and ample-sized bedrooms. The dart board in the study is a fun addition. We walked to all of our Avondale destinations. Can't wait to return to the area and to stay at this property again."
