Nestled on a hillside with 3 friendly Alpacas, enjoy the gorgeous 270-degree sunset views, unwind in the freestanding soaking tub, or relax in the quiet surroundings with no immediate neighbors. With plenty of room to spread out and WiFi throughout, this home is perfect for large families or multi-family getaways.

About this space
Perfect for large families, Mom’s group getaways, and multi-family trips. Our freshly remodelled 3 bedroom 3 bath A-Frame House is bright and open and instantly makes you feel at home. It sits on the hillside on 2 acres with 3 special guests: Tina, Turner, and Buck: our Alpaca/Llama family! It’s a 9 minute drive to downtown Lava and 15 Minutes to Pebble Ski Area. Plenty of room to spread out and relax


The space
2 levels featuring a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry on the main floor. Head upstairs to the open loft with 4 queen beds, a lounging area with TV, books, and games. Upstairs also features two more bedrooms including our master suite with a king bed, TV, and bathroom featuring a freestanding tub and gorgeous sunset views. The King suite also has a separate entrance to the rooftop patio that will be ready this Spring. A second bathroom and shower is located off the loft.



We furnished our home with you in mind! We have young kids so if needed, we have a rollaway crib, packNPlay, Highchair, toys, games, cooler, and so much more to make you feel at home.

The Alpaca YAY was a fun place to stay. We enjoyed the view and chance to get away. The place was clean, and spacious and bright. We only wished we could stay for more than one night. The host was helpful, really great. The whole stay was awesome, and I say, "FIRST RATE!"

They let us check in early and it was close to Lava Hot Springs. The kids enjoyed the game room and feeding the Llamas & Alpacas. They especially enjoyed Llama Tina. It was a good space for our group and we enjoyed our stay. We would go there again if we came back.

Great weekend getaway with the family.

We arrived Friday evening and the family loved the place. It was clean and the temperature inside the home was perfect. My wife and kids loved the lamas and alpacas. The best part may have been sitting outside at night looking at the stars. Definitely would come back!

The kids loved the llama and llampacas, there were games and entertainment while at the property. The kitchen could have had a smaller whisk and a pair of scissors but other than that everything was great.

Such a fun house!

We had the best time staying at the Yay Frame. The house had everything we needed… lots of games, extra blankets, pack n play and high chair. The llamas were such a fun extra thing which provided us with lots of entertainment! Our kids are already asking to go back! Thanks for having such a fun place!

Fun Family Time

We enjoyed our comfortable and cozy stay at the Lava Yay Frame! Loved that it is conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown Lava. Perfect for a day at the Hot Springs. Bonus was getting to feed the Llamas! The kids enjoyed the baskets of toys and the adults enjoyed connecting over games around the large dinning room table. Thank you again for sharing your home.

The propane on the fireplace outside was out. The refrigerator was not that clean. The shower on the main level is clogged so it drains really slow. But our family had a great time. Thank you

Cute place

Was a cute place to stay and the grandkids loved the Llamas and the game room. There are a few chairs broken and the key thing would not work when we first got there but got it. I think it ran out of batteries so could not lock the door. Found batteries and it started working again. Only like 10 min away from lava hot pots which was not to bad. Overall though it was fun and enjoyed each other.

We loved the lava yay frame! It was so fun feeding the alpacas/llamas and there was plenty of beds and bathrooms for us. The mattresses were all really comfortable! The game room in the garage was awesome for our kids. And the decor is so cute! We would definitely stay again!

We stayed with two families-lots of kids. We loved how open the space is. The house is very charming and felt very clean. Making an espresso was a definite plus. But the llamas were the best. The kids spent so much time out with them. They're like giant puppies.
