"5 stars for a 2 star hotel in comparison to other 2 star hotels. Very clean updated well maintained room. Maybe a musty smell but not overly smelly. Only negative maybe the area. I didn’t have an issue but signs in the lot were the standard "we are not responsible for damage... theft etc .. Good for a 1 night stay. Not far from downtown Memphis by car. Easily went back to the Arcade for breakfast. Definitely would stay again "

"The house is big enough for all of us kitchen very large and accommodating. We had a few issues but communicated with the host and they were fixed right away. We enjoyed having the little Italian taken bait, which is on the bottom floor. The food was very good and made it easy to prepare a big dinner. We would stay again."
