"Clean, yes. Pool closed. “Gym” only open from like 9am to 8pm. No breakfast. No freezer with the fridge. No microwave. 15 Channels on the TV and 10 were news channels"

"Stay was nice. The first day of fishing was canceled due to storms, but we did get one day in nice location and very nice and clean cabin. Will definitely return."

"Wonderful staff, clean room, and fresh breakfast. Our only complaint was the mattress was hard and had a ridge down one side. You could feel the springs in it and Hubby had to sleep in the middle of the bed to keep from rolling out of bed."

"This is a working man's Hotel it's clean it's a little older but for the money it's about the best stays you're going to find around Duncan for sure and for Fort Worth or Dallas for that matter"
