Community Amenities
Guests receive complimentary Platinum Pool access for up to 16 guests during the summer season, typically from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Pool access is located at 4007 Peak Drive, Massanutten, VA 22840. Pool schedules and availability may vary based on HOA operations and maintenance.
Additional resort amenities within Massanutten may be available for an additional fee. Advance reservations are recommended for resort activities.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Maximum occupancy is 16 guests
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
Signed rental agreement and ID verification required after booking
Parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway
Overflow parking available at designated community locations
Trash must be disposed of at designated community dumpster areas
No parties or events permitted
No smoking or illegal drug use allowed
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM
One dog permitted with approval and pet fee
Pets must be included in the reservation details
Fireworks are not permitted
Commercial filming and illegal internet activity are prohibited
Exterior security cameras are installed for safety purposes
HOA and community rules must be followed during your stay
Outdoor fires must never be left unattended due to wildfire risk in the area
Guests are provided with a starter supply of household essentials including toiletries, paper products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent. Additional supplies may be needed for longer stays.

HOT TUB GUIDELINES
For guest safety and enjoyment, please follow these hot tub guidelines:
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests
No glassware in or around the hot tub
No jumping or diving
Children must always be supervised by an adult
Do not use the hot tub if water temperature exceeds 104°F
Please avoid lotions, oils, and tanning products before use
Use designated pool towels for hot tub use
Replace the cover after each use
Guests with medical conditions, pregnancy, or health concerns should consult a physician before using the hot tub

SAUNA GUIDELINES
For guest safety and enjoyment, please follow these sauna guidelines:
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests
No food or drinks inside the sauna
Children under 16 are not permitted
Do not use the sauna while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Guests with medical conditions, pregnancy, or blood pressure concerns should consult a physician before use
Recommended session time is 10 minutes
Maximum recommended session time is 15 minutes
