The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all trash in trash bins provided. Lids must be able to completely close. All excess trash that does not fit must be taken to the dumpsters at 4005 Peak Dr.
We greatly appreciate you returning all furniture to its original location if moved.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Pet fee of $45 per pet per night will be added to the reservation after booking. Pets must be kenneled when alone at property and leashed if outdoors.
