( great coffee supplies- so thoughtful!.) Really comfortable furniture, very clear instructions, and a super communicative owner! Gracious and understanding- so appreciative of his help navigating the process of staying at his rental. Will definitely try to book next trip to Clarksville. "

"The property was pretty clean, could clean or replace area rugs. The location was very convienet walking distance to university!! A very peaceful place to stay! Enjoyed it very much and would highly recommend to friends!!"

"Our stay was pretty perfect until the last evening. We are from Florida and the heat did not work the last night. It did get us out early the next morning. The home is beautiful and pretty comfortable. The rain type shower head did not provide power to rinse my hair well. Others did not pick up after pets and I stepped in doo twice walking my pup before daylight. All in all, we were happy. We did not cook. We just had coffee, showers, laundry and sleep. But it is so pretty! "
