The chef's kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the screened porch with a stone fireplace or relax by the fire pit under the stars. With minimalist style and natural light, Fern Hollow offers tranquil mountain serenity.

Nestled in the heart of Oakland, Maryland, the area offers a wealth of outdoor adventures and local attractions. Explore the scenic beauty of Deep Creek Lake, where you can enjoy boating, fishing, and hiking. Winter sports enthusiasts can visit Wisp Resort for skiing and snowboarding. For nature lovers, the nearby Swallow Falls State Park features stunning waterfalls and trails. You can also explore local shops, dine at cozy restaurants, or visit the historic Oakland B&O Railroad Museum.

WILDLIFE WARNING
Please be aware that wildlife populations including black bears are high in the area (particularly March-October), and we kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

PRIVACY
Landscaping is scheduled weekly on Wednesdays from 12 PM to 2 PM. Rest assured, the contractor will only access the exterior of the property to respect guest privacy.


PET FEE
Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
