The basement lounge is where the energy is. A fully equipped pool table - complete with all balls, four sticks with tips intact, and chalk - anchors the space around a 60-inch TV. Whether it's a quiet movie night or a rowdy tournament, this level delivers. The main living room on the main floor offers a 50-inch TV and the warmth of the fireplace, and every bedroom has its own TV so no one has to negotiate the remote.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is stocked and ready for real cooking - coffee maker, blender, crockpot, mixer, toaster, and a full lineup of pots, pans, and baking gear (including a roasting pan, loaf pan, and 9x13 baking dish). Dishes, glasses, and silverware are provided per guest, and grilling utensils are on hand for deck use. A dishwasher, ice maker, and water dispenser in the fridge round out the setup. You'll find everything you need to cook a full family meal from scratch.



Technology



Five TVs are spread across the property - a 50-inch in the main living room, a 32-inch in the main floor bedroom, two 26-inch TVs upstairs and in the basement bedroom, and a 60-inch in the basement lounge. All support streaming and cable viewing. WiFi is provided through Xfinity, with the router located in the main floor living room beside the TV.



Laundry



Full-size washer and dryer are located in the basement laundry room - a lifesaver for longer stays.



Outdoor



Step out onto the main floor deck and fire up the propane grill - all burners are working, and a grill mat and cover are included. The backyard fire pit burns wood and is ideal for late nights under the trees. The hot tub is on-site and ready for soaking after a day on the trails or the slopes.



Guest Access:

Check-in is self-guided with a smartlock at the front door as well as a backup lockbox onsite for easy, flexible arrival. Parking accommodates up to 5 vehicles on a paved and gravel driveway, and RV parking is available. The GPS coordinates work accurately for this address. Your host is available if you need anything during your stay.
