Cabin on the Farm

Beautiful cabin!!
If you can manuever the super twisty roads to get to this cabin you will not be disappointed!! It was gorgeous inside and out! There was nothing it didn't have including farm fresh eggs!! The hosts were super accommodating and friendly! We highly recommend choosing this cabin for any getaway!

Absolutely beautiful location! The drive to get to the property is one of the perks!!! 10 miles of winding roads! The cabin has everything you’d need and the owners, wonderful people!!

Cozy Cabin
Teresa did a great job of making sure everything was clean, and welcoming for us. Her husband was there when we got there and made sure we got in okay. There house is really close by on the property which made communication easy for our needs, in fact they said we could come over if we needed anything. We loved that her husband, Rick, showed us around there farm on Saturday morning. This made the trip special because of the nature and animals we got to see while we were there. Thank you both for making us feel like family!

Amazing place and amazing owners
This place was beautiful, clean, neat and had everything you would need for a relaxing get-a-way. The owners are top notch and go out of their way to ensure you have what you need. They are the definition of "Southern hospitality". Their generosity is unmatched and they treated my son and I very well. This is a trip we will remember.

Vacation in Kentucky
My husband and I definitely enjoyed staying here. It had everything you needed. Very clean. We did not get to meet the owner, although I did talk to her over the phone and text several times. She made sure we had everything we needed to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We didn't get a chance to go on the farm, but we did enjoy sitting on the porch watching the fireflies. Will definitely recommend to anyone!!!

We have family in Kentucky and like to try different places to stay, mostly to see what Kentucky has to offer. Well as of this weekend that has changed. My sister and I both women and our mom Staying at the cabin was amazing! We couldn't have been more safe anywhere! And the view alone was worth it all. And if you have an adventurous spirit you'll love driving up and down the mountainside! As far as the cabin is concerned we couldn't have ask for nicer renters! The cabin was clean! The air conditioning kept us cool. And the view was beautiful! What more could you ask for Definitely 5☆☆☆☆☆

A Cute little cottage and an excellent get away
My wife thought the cabin was very cute and clean. She was happy and therefore I'm happy. All jokes aside, we really did enjoy our stay. It was very comfortable and definitely worth the stay. I recommend this to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of life to simply enjoy. Thank you Teresa for the comfortable stay. We pray that things go well for you and your family. A Great Stay in the Mountains!
Wonderful space, and hosts were on site and easy to get in touch with. Very clean and well stocked/appointed. Even had a dozen fresh eggs waiting for us in the fridge! The farm was beautiful and well cared for, and you CANNOT beat the views! The road up the mountain was a bit of a white knuckled ride, so be prepared for that. Also, the cabin is RIGHT on the road, but after hours, very little traffic. All in all, would 100% recommend this space to anyone wanting to get away. If you a hiking person, check-out the Pinnacles...wonderful hike and views only minutes away.

Wonderful cabin with a great view
This cabin is truly special. Teresa welcomed us upon arrival and we felt immediately at home. The cabin layout is perfect and comes with everything you need. We enjoyed making meals in the kitchen and sitting on the porch looking into the valley. We stayed 5 nights and would definitely book again if I’m the area.

Restfully quiet
Our week was quiet and peaceful. The cabin was clean, with everything we needed to be comfortable. The drive to the cabin was easily accessible. Should we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little getaway!
This cabin was extremely clean and very comfortable! We had everything we needed. The cabin is much larger looking on the inside when in-person. Teresa was wonderful! There were fresh eggs in the fridge and snacks on the table, which was really nice after a long drive from central Ohio. I wish it didn't rain so much, but it was still a very relaxing stay. Definitely would stay again!

Paradise in the country.
Rick and Teresa were very friendly and hospitable. They supplied us with a dozen farm fresh eggs, a bowl of snacks and candies. It was very clean and everything you would need for your stay. Rick stopped what he was doing and gave us a tour of the property. Theresa was very accommodating and helpful. They gave us use of their 100 acre farm and there were plenty of wildlife around. The views were outstanding. There was way too much to explore in the few days we were there. Definitely will be back.

Home Away From Home
Outstanding hospitality from owners who welcomed us with a dozen farm fresh eggs and an offer to show us around their farm later, which we accepted. Afterwards Rick told us to help ourselves to some tomatoes growing beside his house and they went well with the meal Necia was preparing of beans, potatoes, carrots, and ribs. Despite being out in the county, the directions Teresa gave were spot on and when followed to a tee there was no need to plug into the GPS. It was nice and quiet and peaceful, relaxing. I heard turkey across the road and saw gobblers on Rick's farm. The cabin was cozy and well equipped. Even the refrigerator was well stocked with condiments and snacks were provided on the dining table. Thoughtful touches. For the price and the hospitality, this cabin can't be beat. The next time we want to spend a couple of days de-stressing, this cabin will definitely be on the short, short list. Thanks to you all for such an enjoyable stay.

New Years 2019
The drive from Berea took 30 min. on very curvy, hilly roads. The house was pretty. We needed 16 places to sleep - as advertised online. 4 sleeping places were reclining chairs, a problem. TV reception did not include the Rose Bowl. Use of the hot tub was closely monitored by owner who lived next door and could not be used on windy days. The house seemed better suited for summer use by motorcycle and ATV riders than by extended family with 9 grandkids.

I’m sorry Kathleen that you weren’t happy with the travel but we are in the country but on a 20-25 minute drive from the city. Not to mention we have one of the most beautiful views in the area. Our house has 10 beds and 4 recliners (couch and loveseat), which allows us to be able to accommodate the larger groups. Yes I do live close to the Inn and I monitor the hot tub closely, especially when there are children there. I’m no different than a motel other than they monitor you by video and I monitor with what I see. I’ve never had any guest yet that have complained about their stay here, but I’m sorry that yours wasn’t as pleasant as you had expected it to be.

Heaven on earth!
It was a beautiful view, can't say enough about this property and Rick and Teresa was so awesome. I'm sure I will be back several more times, if not just to sit on the back porch and watch the sun set.

Welcoming, embracing, and hospitality with it’s own charm
Gorgeous farm nestled atop rolling hills where cows roam and fish splash in ponds. The property allows for enjoyable hikes and plenty of land/forest to wander. Teresa and Rick are inviting with arms wide open and work hard for themselves, and for their visitors. First time visiting and more than likely end up making a return trip. Perfect location for our bike trip . Nice quiet spot with incredible views of the valleys around from this hill top farm. Awesome windy roads around the area & very little traffic but what put this house above the others we have stayed in was the our Hosts. Teresa & Rick were great people to meet , they were generous , helpful and could not do enough for us . The home was very clean & set up with some snacks ,soft drinks, soap, condiments and coffee & sugar which was unexpected but very welcome as we arrived quite late & our hosts still waited up to meet us & give us turn by turn directions to find the house in the middle of the night . Thanks again Teresa & Rick & we would defiantly recommend to others & will return in the future.

Best inn in Kentucky
Very clean and had everything we needed. The owners were helpful and easy to communicate with. Great landscape to go explore or to enjoy the view while in the hot tub. Then inn was nice and cozy and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in the area. Thanks for making this one of the top places we've stayed at!
