"I was so disappointed when I got there. The parking lot was extremely narrow and insufficient, making it difficult to park, and the smell of garbage even came to the entrance. I decided to stay on the first floor in front of the water, and part of the floor was carpet, but there were stains here and there and it looks like dirty. There is no private space because many people are lying in front of our veranda enjoying the sun. Overall, the hotel was too old and not clean, while the price was too high. It is not the kind of hotel that is expected at that price. I will never use it again."

"Great location in Chelan - easy walk to the City Park beach, to shopping, to grocery. It is not right on the beach, but has its own pool and small fitness facility."
