"Our family group just got back from a week at this cottage.We had an excellent time.The kitchen was well stocked. We really appreciated there being some herbs and spices that we had forgotten to pack.The cottage has lots of room for a large group. We had 13 adults and 4 babies ranging from 7 - 23 months.The lake is a short walk/drive down the road. This had pros and cons. We had to be intentional and well planned/packed when we went to the water. While the babies napped, someone had to stay behind as the water was too far away for the monitors to reach. We were easily able to make this work and everyone still enjoyed the lake. With young toddlers it was actually good to not have to worry about them being too close to the water. It made playing outside around the cottage easier. Kimberly and Mark were excellent hosts. Communication was great. Thank You very much for a wonderful stay!!"

"All the rooms in the cottage and the outside deck were very clean. The host answered all of our questions promptly, left clear instructions about what to do with garbage and how to run the entertainment centre, and, since we were going to be there for nearly 2 weeks, left extra towels and linens for us. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped with very new appliances and all the tools one needs to prepare meals. Our view of the lake was quite lovely; it was nice not to have to put up with noisy motor boats roaring up and down the lake. Even though we seemed to be isolated out in the woods and on a sparsely populated lake, we were only minutes from Parry Sound, where we attended 9 concerts in the Festival of the Sound."
