"The hotel itself was beautiful and definitely has that resort feel to it. I do wish they had a shelf in the shower to put our soap and shampoo instead of on the floor and the water pressure was kind of lacking but otherwise it was nice. The pillows went flat after about 5 minutes so we had to double up on them so I’d recommend bringing your own. The mattress though is really soft and comfortable. Same with the carpet in our room. The staff was very nice and helpful right away. They explained everything from the start and were all super friendly. Made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast at deltas kitchen was excellent, only got charged for 1 buffet instead of 2 because our server was amazing and she loved us I guess. The one thing I didn’t like was the location surrounding the hotel. Didn’t realize how rough that area was by Graceland. Definitely wouldn’t go out at night too much in that area and don’t leave anything valuable in your car. The parking lot is monitored with several security guards and cameras but still I wouldn’t leave anything too important in there. All in all, we had a great stay."

"The first room we were given had a deadbolt lock that was broken and a telephone that didn’t work not even when trying to call the front desk. Our second room had dirty carpet (evidenced by the bottom of my slippers), a/c that alternated between freezing and barely cooling throughout the stay. Our room was not refreshed when we returned at 6:30pm even though we left the room at 11:30am. No luggage rack or surface on which our suitcase coukd be placed. The staff was friendly but I would not recommend this particular Courtyard to anyone. It"

"Breakfast was very good. It included coffee, juice, cereal and even eggs. Room service was poor. I had to ask twice for the trash to be emptied. They finally got the trash on my last day out of five days. They did give me some new towels. Communication amongst the staff needs to be improved. I asked for a late check out due to a later flight for the next morning. The night staffer said that was fine and said they would make note of it. The next day the cleaning staff knocked on my door right at 11:00am. I said that I had permission to check out one hour late. A few minutes later some guy pounded loudly on my door like it was the police or something. And said it was past check out time. This unnecessarily caused me a stressful last morning."
