Great place for Vacation

House and property were wonderful. Plenty of room for family and friends. Close to lots of amenities. Hot tub stopped working and they got someone to come repair it on the weekend. Great service. Would definitely stay there again.

Wife wishes she could live in this house!

The house is in a great location. The attention to detail was beyond explanation. We had everything we needed and more! The house was really clean. The back yard is beautiful. Perfect for watching sunset. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely stay!

Our family spent a week visiting the redwood and surrounding areas. The house was amazing and had everything we needed and more. The staff were very responsive and helpful and a pleasure to interact with. We highly recommend Mermaid Cove!

This house is a Mermaids Paradise! It was so fun and the views are stunning, both my daughters ages 12 & 26 loved this house! We spent Thanksgiving there visiting our oldest daughter who was attending Cal Poly Humboldt, 10/10 recommend!!

We loved this place. Everything was as advertised and was very clean. Small free standing heater in living area was inoperable but really didn't need it. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Visiting student at Humboldt

We brought the extended family for a visit with our son at Humboldt. The property was exactly as described, well maintained, clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We all loved the mermaid decor everywhere. We appreciated all the little extras provided that made the stay really special. It is clear that someone lovingly curated every detail of Mermaid Cove. The space perfectly fit our group, with a separate bathroom for each bedroom. We are looking forward to booking here again.

AMAZING

Absolutely one of the most incredible rentals I’ve had the pleasure to stay at. The property was gorgeous, with a stunning view off the back deck. Amazing sunset. Just a few of the features: nice hot tub, kayaks, bicycles, gas fireplace (indoor and outdoor), keurig w/ coffee and creamers, and more. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Come enjoy the Mermaid Cove!

Amazing Beach House

We loved this house. It was perfect for our annual friends book vacation. We loved how spacious it was and enjoyed sitting on the porch (or in the hot tub) watching the ocean as we relaxed. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Plus the beds are so comfortable we contacted the property manager to find out what mattresses they had. Overall amazing stay.

Mermaid Paradise

My friends and family throughly enjoyed our stay at the Mermaid Cove. Incredible views from the house and many thoughtful touches throughout. The proximity to walking trails and the house having bicycles made it so easy for us to get out and enjoy the area. The house is SO quiet, spotless, and perfectly situated to access McKinleyville/Arcata/Trinidad and etc. I would highly recommend the Mermaid Cove and hope to stay there again in the near future!

Great space to be with family

The information for check-in and check-out were clear and easy. We loved the house. Large open space to hang out with a great kitchen. Nice that each bedroom had it's own private bathroom. Also, loved the hot tub and views. So easy to access the walking/biking trails and very easy to get on/off the highway to get to the house. Thanks so much!!
