"Everything went well! We traveled with our dogs and requested a room near an exit. They accommodated our request, although the door wasn’t working properly, which made things a little inconvenient. However, we managed, and we appreciated that the hotel had a designated pet area. The only downside was that Hotels.com indicated there was no pet fee, but we were charged one at registering. It wasn’t a big deal, just unexpected. Finally, kudos to the staff. They were incredibly helpful and friendly! We would definitely consider staying here again."
