Adorable 2 bedrooms+ den with indoor fireplace

  • Quietly tucked away in a safe neighborhood by downtown McLean, VA. Walk to restaurants, grocery, coffee, & trails! Just 2 mi. to Tysons Corner & the metro, 20 min. drive to Georgetown/D.C.

    The lovely 2+ bedroom guest suite has a gated and private entrance, full bath, bedroom, living room, laundry, refrigerator, microwave, and a full kitchen. We have the amenities of home away from home. The den is decorated a playroom that will keep your kids engaged and happy while you can read a book or just chill in front of the TV

    The space
    An entire level of the home (~2400 sq ft) on bottom level, with private entrance in gated home, available just for you! Enjoy this comfortable and spacious unit, impeccably clean and decorated to make you feel at home.

    We have a pretty fenced in yard for you to enjoy. Throughout the year, you might see vines of grapes or three trees of figs or orange shining persimmons hanging over the trees.

    Guest access
    You will be granted garage access through myQ app using your email address. You have a designated parking space that is on the left side of the garage. Your private entrance is next to your parking with a smart lock.

    Please let us know if you bring any dogs . There is a pet fee of $25 per dog to also cover the cleaning.

    House rules:

    No more than 6 people can enter the unit without host's permission. No party or gathering events allowed.There will be a 200 dollars fine and immediate termination of the stay for violators.

Home base in DC

One thing we loved about staying there was how family friendly it was. There were games and toys for the kids. There was also a crib and highchair. The kitchen worked great for our needs.

Clean and comfortable stay

We had a comfortable stay here for 5 nights while we listed our home for sale. Brought our 2 kitties so we could be away from our home for the open houses. The place is huge and met our needs very well. I would suggest they could use more utensils like spoons and forks. Kitchen was stocked otherwise and overall the place was clean. It’s nice the kitchen is above grade with nice light coming through the bay window. We really appreciated staying here and would again.

Decent but not necessarily adorable

First off, the owner did a excellent job of communicating ahead of time and during the visit. We had one half of the garage, which was very helpful. We occasionally saw the family and everyone was very kind. The neighborhood was great and a ideal hoping off point for our activities. (Downtown was nice and a good place to get something to eat)

delightful home away from home

This is a gorgeous property, well maintained and clean as a whistle. The kitchen is wonderful, and has all the essentials. The living space is large and comfortable, with plenty of room to do my morning yoga. Great VRBO, and Jie is so responsive to any questions.

It was exactly what we needed.

Jin, the host, and her family were absolutely perfect. I picked the location because it has an excellent reputation for being a safe and quiet area, it was in close proximity to everything I needed for the trip, and they offered plenty of space and privacy. Jin was incredibly kind and accommodating when I had a special request and even offered to lend me extra supplies at no additional cost. This is one of those hosts that make you want to go above and beyond to say thank you!

restful and beautiful home in McLean VA

Lovely yard, lots of space in the first floor VRBO section- bath and two full bedrooms plus extra bedding for children. The owner was consistently helpful and responsive.
