"Rooms were clean and location was great"

"The rooms were clean, beautifully updated and nicely appointed. From the outside, the hotel looked dated and what a surprise when we entered our room! The lobby, gift shop and restaurant were all beautifully done."

"Hotel was great and clean. We had a first floor room with a patio that made loading the car easier. We also loved the attached restaurant, Northern Pines. The staff there were so pleasant and friendly. We had such a good time with the locals there too! "

"I stayed in this hotel for one night while traveling through Arizona back to Texas. The room and bath were both clean and well-kept. The A/C worked well, and the TV satellite service worked well. The hotel and adjacent area was pretty quiet. Note that the continental breakfast was not a hot plate, rather it was cereal, fruit and waffles. Also note that the mattress was extremely firm. I didn't mind it, but if you prefer a soft mattress, you probably won't like this. The only issue I had was with the sink at the kitchenette. When I ran it, it would fill up the basin and not drain out. However, It was still a good experience overall. I recommend this hotel."

"The property is obviously an old-timey motel. The first time we stayed here, we were on the 2nd floor and there was an internal elevator, but this time we were on the first floor and we had to go out the back door and down a long sidewalk, dragging our luggage, to get to our room that opened to the outside. All was fine until we tried to use the bathroom in the morning. The faucet in the sink leaked water onto my toiletries bag.The sink had a nice Granite counter top and a nice porcelan sink. But it was only 2 feet square and not enough room to put toiletries on. Then my feet were getting wet, as I was standing there. And I noticed that under the sink, water was dripping from the pipes, and the pipes were covered with some sort of absorbent sleeve that was black and brown moldy. So it had been happening for a long while. The shower was an accessible rollout shower. But the water pooled on the floor instead of running toward the drain in the floor, so we used up all the towels in the room, mopping up all the messes."

"Was a very nice hotel for the price. A lot of places nearby and loved the indoor pool being that it was snowing. The room was clean and spacious. Definitely would stay again, staff were also really kind."

"Small room, toilet was not so clean. Only two little soap no shampoo or lotion. It has a hair dryer and a iron which is convenient for a lot of people. I don't know if they work because I didn't use them and a working flat Television. A lot of parking space. We felt safe on this property. Beds are smaller and made noises every time I moved. I forgot i rented two rooms my nephews moved the mattress they found a lot of garbage under the mattress. "

"Pet's stay free is wonderful. The 70's throwback hotel is so cute. The amenities are great with pool, hottub, firepits, dog park area, dog wash station. I had a truck and trailer and was able to easily park in front so I didn't have to turn around. The location was nice, walking distance to Fat Olives which is one of their best restaurants around. I found it by the front desk staff giving me the tip. Great price on this hotel as well, very comfy bed too!! That's the most important part to me! Since I had to park in front she gave me a room in front as well so that was convenient. "
