"Room seemed somewhat clean until I touched a few things and found stickiness to be the rule not the exception. Bathtub faucet had an ongoing leak wasting water 24/7. You would think housekeeping would report it and someone would fix it, but no. Indicative of this property."

"They are in the process of redoing some rooms and swapping over to a different company and the room was not ready when got ready to check in. The jacuzzi tub in our room was dirty full of grit from the remodel, the a/c didn't cool the room down like it should have, the bed was hard and pillow was to soft felt like you was just sleeping on mattress and they should tell guest they start working about 7 in morning working on rooms"
