Not satisfied at all. Not real pictures for rooms.The hotel shows only ground floor rooms and we booked according to that!!! When we reached they gave us a room on 2nd floor with no view except if you stand up by the window!!!! they said no ground floor rooms as they are for their regular customers!!! I ordered a non smoking room, the room was full of smoke oder, and the other room they offered is half the area of the room we had and with bad odor as well. The hair dryer was not working, we had to move to another room to dry our hair after bath. so disappointing. A lot of children and noises in the place, not recommendable for friends or couples. Do not recommend at all, so sad for this low service quality as the area is nice up there
