"It would have been nice to have been Wayne in advance of the train that could be heard loudly blasting its horn multiple times while we were trying to sleep. Or given ear plugs. There was also some weird scratching noise coming from the wall intermittently that sounds like a critter "

"Pool wasn’t “ready” in 85 degree weather, staff very unknowledgeable, charge extra fees — $20 for a late check out: 1 hour, 11am-12pm — unheard of. Not a normal, updated Comfort Inn, 0/10 recommend. "

"The hotel was great; staff was courteous. Maybe this was just a one off but our room didn’t have sheets available for the sofa bed so I had to come to the lobby to get them. The shampoo and body wash bottles were empty (and since they are secured to the wall, could not even put some water on them and shake them) - not a big deal but hopefully a tiny detail they can improve on"

"We arrived late after 8 hours on the road to no one in the office. We called multiple times, rang the bell, and even just waited quietly. After 15 minutes with no help, I called the national office, which also attempted to get in touch with hotel staff. They even called management's emergency line and could not get in touch with anyone. We waited over an hour without getting any help. Eventually the staff member returned and said the manager had asked her to get a head start on laundry. She was apologetic, but being gone from the front desk with no call forwarding and without returning to check seems like bad practice, and the manager never answered the emergency line. Something is not right here. "

"We walked in looked around and left. My child had a reaction to something in the room. Terrible area and room."

"Staff at front desk at check in seemed completely disinterested in helping . Parking was fine , room was lacking in simple amenities. "
