"We loved staying here. Our host was super responsive and treated us great. The location is perfect for getting around Katy and west Houston. Our daughter has even looked at buying a home in this neighborhood. Make sure to eat at Star Pizza close by! We had a great stay and highly recommend. "

"It was very comfortable. Had eveything we needed. Kitchen was very spacious lots of pots and pans. 2 Bathrooms were very spacious also the master had a tub and shower double sinks. Other had shower counter big linen closet. Living room had a pullout double bed couch. The back yard was beautiful. Beautiful landscaping swing set picnic table grill. Smoking is outside and they even have an ashtray. Also is baby friendly has nice size cribs. And the price we paid was very good. Weceere gery satisfied. We will be coming back.Thank you to the hostess. Communication was very easy. "

"Owner needs to respond to text messages in a timely manner! Checked in late Thursday night and the house did feel a little warm inside but it was cool outside so we didn’t notice that the air conditioning unit was not on until Friday night when we got back from the Houston rodeo! Started texting Saturday morning that the air conditioner was not working but he did not respond until Saturday night and we were at another event! We were checking out Sunday morning so coming by late Saturday night was not an option! Also he texted me what was supposed to be his phone number but all I saw was xxx- xxx-xxxx so I couldn’t call him! Other than that the neighbor hood and house were great! Would only rebook if his communication got better!"

"Our extended stay at this home was absolutely perfect for my family. Everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided. The home was immaculately clean and had great accommodations for our family of six.The walking trail right across the street made for the perfect way to unwind in the evenings after working from home all day, and the playground in the backyard was a wonderful touch for the kids. We especially loved having dinner on the back patio at sunset, it quickly became one of our favorite family routines.The location is also incredibly convenient, close to everything in Katy. This home truly made our temporary stay feel like home. Highly recommend!"

"Owner was helpful and he tried to clean the beds second day , but first day was hard with flies and roaches in the kitchen my suggestion would be to take care of carpets and bedding free of pest"
