French Creek Haven- Meadville Apt with Boho Charm

Whether you're here for business or pleasure, you'll love the comfort and convenience of our space.

Inside, you'll find a beautifully decorated and fully furnished apartment that can accommodate up to six guests. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is a Keurig, French press, and coffee supplies.

A sweet treat and complimentary drinks are left for each registered guest.

Several different games and books are provided for rainy days.

THE SPACE

The French Creek Haven has all the comfort and luxuries of your home from the Roku TVs to the fully equipped kitchen.

During the Christmas season, the place is lightly decorated with a small tree.

Laundry is available in the basement. The laundry area is accessible through the exterior of the house. The laundry area is a shared space with the permanent tenant in the other apartment of the duplex.

1 parking space is provided for the apartment. Additional parking is available along the street or down the street at Kerrtown Community Center.

Other things to note:

If you would like to use the playpen, please let me know when you book. The playpen has a mattress and a sheet.

A baby safety gate is installed at the top of the stairs for your little one's safety. It is retractable.

If you book for 5 or more guests, I will set out linens for the queen-size pull-out sofa bed automatically. If 4 or fewer guests, please request the linens for use of the sofa bed upon booking. Sofa bed has a 4 inch high density foam mattress. While kids and tennis may find the sofa bed comfortable, rarely do two adults ever find a sofa bed to provide adequate support.

The larger bedroom has room-darkening blinds and room darkening curtains. The green bedroom has 80% blackout curtains.

A sound machine is available in both bedrooms. The road in the front of the apartment can be quite busy during the day time.

Additional blankets for the beds are in the closets.

One set of towels is provided per guest.
