Our cottage has 3 bedrooms on the main floor, that sleep 7, as well as a walkout basement with a new bathroom and extra beds to sleep another 5-6 more.

Amenities:
*Open floor plan with plenty of room for cooking, dining, or just relaxing.
*Large kitchen with plenty of counter space.
*Located approximately one mile from the ORV sand dune entrance and within walking distance to downtown Silver Lake.
* Access to association playground and a very nice swimming POOL (when available).
* Very family friendly!
* Parking in front of house, and additional parking in rear of house. Should have plenty of space for your dune toys!

Stay at this property was great. Well st0ocked with towels and linens, dishes and pans. Used the grill almost every day we stayed. House is well maintained. Great place to stay and close to the dunes.

Checking in at the house was easy the house was very clean tbe furniture is well used but usable but the second bathroom was down stairs the bathroom was real nice butthe stairs are real steep and tall steps very hard if you are older, only one of our group could do the stairs, so that meant only one bathroom for 5 of our 6 people, but location to the dunes was great.

October Visit

This house was great for our group of 4 friends! Plenty of space and having two bathrooms with showers helped. Amazing communication with the owners. There is kitchen supplies, propane for the grill, campfire, towels, sheets, and washer/dryer. They even had fans in the rooms for us! Parking was a bit difficult just because we had big truck trailers for the dunes, but we made it work without blocking the neighbors. I would stay here again and would recommend!
