Great Unknown Hotel

This place was lovely and the staff friendly. They left a personalized note along with some small gifts in the room, which was very nice. There was also a complimentary snack and drink in the room. My drink was expired so I would suggest that they check the dates. This place was very clean and modern. I was only there for one night and left very early so I didn't get to fully enjoy my room or other hotel amenities. Hope to stay again soon. My only real issue was that the people above my room sounded like a herd of elephants for about 2-3 hours during the night. It made it very hard to go to sleep and stay asleep. It isn't the fault of the hotel though that the people above me were inconsiderately heavy footed.

Felt like a private getaway, limited rooms that were just the right fit. Location is in the center of so many popular attractions as well as the down to earth staff at check in. Independently owned and I would book this location again without question.

30 rooms, clean, green & convenient

very good stay, great location, manager was very personable, friendly & helpful; a couple of notes that may be helpful to others: 1/ the breakfast is not a hot one as offered by some other hotels and as long as one is not gluten-free and likes bagels and fruit, it's quite nice; 2/ room maintenance is not an every-day service. That was fine with us because it is a green approach that we appreciate. If I remember correctly, it happens every 3rd day. As long as towels are not left on the bathroom floor and one is not slovenly, you will be just fine.

Excellent experience! It was our first time at this type of property but our entire experience was great, from our late-night arrival to finding a welcome bag in our room, plenty of space, nicely arranged sitting area and kitchenette, large bathroom and a very comfortable bed. They have thought of everything. The staff was friendly on the phone and in person.

The Acorn Suites was lovely. Very clean and wonderful front desk person. The area was handy to shopping and dining. The snacks in the afternoon were a nice treat. The only thing that was not quite up to par was the breakfast. It is advertised as breakfast but it is just a small offering.
