"Abdou and his team were brilliant. Couldn’t help enough, even coming to collect us from the taxi drop off and arranging a late night meal.
Riad was right at the top of the medina and souks, and had air con for 40 degrees in august
Great location to visit the souks and medina, and a great oasis to come back to at the end of the day."

"We had a lovely stay. The staff were so kind and helpful. The property is beautiful. We had plenty of beautiful places to relax after visiting the beautiful sites in Marrakech."
"Great little breakfast, fantastic bar staff and waiters. Really good food at the hotel restaurant for lunch and dinner. The location is pretty good with the main marketplace being walkable. Very traditional feeling in a good way!
But...
The room was outdated and looked nothing like the photos - our shower leaked every time it was used. Sun bathing towels weren't replaced as we needed to use them to prevent the shower from leaking. Reception staff felt rude, abrupt, and weren't helpful to resolve replacing towels, making inappropriate comments, arranging taxis without telling a price before getting in (which is a must in Morocco to ensure you don't get ripped off). Gym equipment is very outdated, especially the rowing machine. When we arrived, we were asked what sent to select to be sprayed on our bedding, a really nice touch, but unfortunately, I don't think the housekeeping staff sprayed anything as we didn't notice. Additionally, the bathroom was not clean or fresh feeling.
At best, this is a 3 star hotel with some facilities. The restaurant staff were great and made for a very enjoyable experience, the pool was great to bath in during the heat, the food was very good and the cocktails were good. But, there's a lot to be said about the points above."
"Calm, quiet riad. Cute little pool. Breakfast nice but limited protein eg egg. Other food cost high compared to surrounds. Hard to find and.to come and go. A little more hidden than some riads in Medina. Very nice rooms. Staff were great!"
"The stay was amazing, the staff are incredible, the food was amazing, and the amenities are top notch. It’s a haven within the city, and I would love to go back as soon as I can!"
