"Rooms were not overly clean and beds need to be replaced. The mattresses (both in my room) were severely worn in to the point that there were deep full-body depressions on both sides of each bed."

"The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and clean throughout, great breakfast and the onsite free parking was perfect! Will stay here again when we go back in a few months!!"

"We had an excellent stay. Hotel located in the perfect area - a lot of stores, places to eat, and coffee shops all in less than 5 mins walking distance. Breakfast was great also - a lot of different options. Ruth, front desk agent, is AMAZING! Also, she makes the BEST old fashioned in DC! Overall, great place for leisure or business. I def recommend! "

"Breakfast the first morning, the line was all the way down to the far end of the dining room! The next morning there was barely a line. The elevators were usually pretty quick, our floor had an ice machine. We doordashed and met the dasher in the lobby, no issues. Paid for parking and it was pretty straight forward. The room was spacious, the tv was atrocious though....the channels didnt match the guide channel and they would cut out after about 20 seconds. We ended up streaming on our devices instead."

"Apartment style room was clean. Came with laundry & dish soap. Didn’t really hear any neighbor noise, parking was a little limited. Overall, great stay for our trip to DC and would definitely stay there again. "

"This hotel is convenient to NOTHING. It is also quite old. The rooms were decent, though the bathrooms were not great. The worst was the mouse running across the conference center. Wouldn’t recommend."
