- Not all staff were friendly. - Despite asking the housekeeping staff member in the hallway...my room was not cleaned. - Room was small and old. - Only 1-2 elevators were working. - NGs also stayed here. I suppose that could be viewed as a good/'safe' thing. However, if you are coming from a low-crime country, it can be a bit unsettling. - 15-minute walk to the nearest Metro. - No comp brewed coffee offered in the lobby, - Room safe was locked. Not sure if that was the last person or because we are expected to pay for it. I've never had to pay for a room safe in NA. On a positive note, the airport shuttle was appreciated, the drivers were punctual amd friendly. I might stay here again if I couldn't find better in a similar price category.
