Overall, this was not a bad stay, but there were enough red flags that I may not return. The apartment was clean, spacious, had plenty of towels, great hot water, and an excellent location where you can walk to almost everything. The biggest negatives were the extremely hard beds—they honestly felt like sleeping on wood—and peeling paint around the Jacuzzi that was getting into the water. Communication was also poor. I was told there would be a 70,000 peso charge for arriving after 11 PM, but I could not find that fee disclosed anywhere in the booking information, Expedia, or Vrbo. I also received almost no check-in instructions and had to reach out myself for everything. I do understand this happened during the week of the major earthquake, which may have contributed to the communication issues. Unfortunately, after checkout I was also accused of taking a Fire Stick, which I completely dispute. We used the TV during our stay, and I remember the Fire Stick and cables being there. Great location and a decent apartment overall, but the beds, communication, maintenance, and post-checkout experience would make me think twice about returning.

Medellín Getaway

The location was great. We were able to walk to just aboiut everything in Poblado. There was a grocery store and pharmacy and restaurants literally steps away.

Loved this place!!

I stayed here with two other friends and we all loved the place. Convenient to all local entertainment and restaurants. Just outside the door there are several food and beverage establishments including a convivence store for all your needs. The place itself was huge, two bedrooms in the back and one in the front, each with its own bathroom. Very quiet neighborhood with security. Every time we left in the morning for breakfast, the security officer always said hi and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. It had good WIFI, which was important for me since i had to do some school work on my computer. I would definitely stay here again!
