Aparta-estudio hermoso, nuevo, pequeño, completamente amoblado, de un solo ambiente, El edificio es nuevo para estrenar, diagonal del METRO plus los Alpes (Principal Sistema Integrado de Transporte de Medelln) , a 3 minutos caminando del centro comercial los molinos uno de los centros comerciales ms importantes de la ciudad, Zona tranquila, muy segura, muy cerca de todo, universidad de Medelln a 3 minutos caminando, universidad adventista, vas principales como la avenida 80, la calle 33, la calle 30, parque biblioteca Beln, lugares para caminar y hacer deporte, ciclorutas, gimnasios, senderos ecolgicos, hospitales, restaurantes, iglesias, mall comercial, supermercados, sistema en Cicla (bicicletas gratis), discotecas, bares, todo cerca a pie, Desde el metro se moviliza x toda la ciudad con solo un pasaje, el poblado, bello, parque Arv, museos, etc, el apartamento cuenta con internet, ascensor, todos los enseres del apartamento como fogn, horno microondas o tostador, licuadora, cubiertos, platos, todos los enseres de la cocina, toallas, y sabanas, tambin tiene adicionales para cambio

Cmo moverse
El metro plus es un sistema alimentador del metro que es el transporte principal de la ciudad. Con solo 2.200 pesos se puede montar a este sistema integrado de transporte e ir desde la estacin metroplus que est diagonal al apartamento (Los Alpes) hasta los extremos de la ciudad como es Bello, Sabaneta, San Javier, Parque Arv y otros lugares como el Poblado y el centro de Medelln. En la avenida 80 a 3 cuadras pasan las rutas de buses como circular sur, circular coonatra, Santra belen y otro sin nmero de rutas de buses

para contribuir con el planeta.. intentar acumular bastante ropa y lavar en el nivel adecuado. Asi ahorramos y contribuimos con el planeta.

Never stayed,,,and they kept my money!!! Terrible, I will never recommend,and never pay upfront!!!
Can't talk to owner,I arrived to not be able to get the room i paid upfront for! Never got a reply for 3to4 days! And they won't refund my money! Was scary and upsetting,I give it a 0 out of 5! I feel like I was taken advantage of!

Kind, trustworthy owner
The owner of this property is a kind, trustworthy, communicative, and responsible person. She communicated with me about any concerns that I had. I also rented another property from her, and was very grateful that she was the manager. I was unfamiliar with the area, and she answered all my questions and made sure that everything was okay. Please do not hesitate to ask her if you have any questions or concerns about anything. I definitely would rent from her again!
