The room and the whole building were very clean. The neighborhood was not overly touristy, and safe to walk, as evidenced by the large numbers of senior citizens walking to and fro. The view was nice of the mountains and overlooking a major intersection, the windows are insulated and the noise isn’t bad for heavy sleepers. The location was amazing, centralized to the city, plenty of places to eat within wàlking distance. There is a mall, banks, currency exchange, and grocery store a few blocks away. The staff was very helpful and the building has a good security staff. Overall, I didn’t want to leave. I plan on returning to Medellin for a longer stay and I will stay at Quadrato again. 5 stars.

Quiet, quaint, safe, secure, and CLEAN. The studios are small, but modern. Adequate for short stays of 3-5 days. The staff is friendly, flexible, attentive, and responsive! For a short stay, I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

I recently stayed at Quadrato Studio, and I had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep! The hotel’s location was also perfect, close to Calle 70. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be back!

Very comfortable and clean. The building was safe and secure. The staff was helpful and responsive. The surrounding area was perfect as I was able to find a local shopping mall, a local supper market and a cool pizza/bar, all with in a 5 min walking distance. Stayed a week with my girlfriend. Only thing I would recommend is bring an extra towel as the towels are not changed during your stay, but that is stated in the rules and conditions packet. Everything else was great! Would definitely stay again.

Almost perfect

A new and very modern and clean appartment hotel. No services, reception open 24h. My experience would have been perfect without the last morning incident: I had booked a taxi to the airport a day before my departure for 8:00 am. The guy in the reception made and confirmed my booking and the price of 120.000 pesos. Next morning when I checked out there was another guy at the reception and he had no idea of any taxi booking. Instead, he said they do not arrange any transportations. Anyway, he promised to get me a transport. First he said the price is 190.000 pesos, which I declined. Finally he got me a taxi for 140.000 pesos. Luckily I had reserved time until my flight. This episode took ca. 25 minutes before the taxi arrived. The service was very friendly but incidents like this should not take place!
