The property has a nice view of the lake and it is conveniently located in front of the large "GUATAPE" letters for pictures. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. There is no lobby at this particular location.

Bueno, pero con mantenimiento urgente

La ubicación y vista del apto, espectacular. Apto moderno bien iluminado, bien en camas y ropa de cama. No obstante, al estar en via principal lleva ruido en la noche y madrugada (carros, motos, trafico, personas, etc). Ahora bien, de atención urgente, el mantenimiento en el apto por el olor a alcantarilla en el baño principal, cabina de baño auxiliar suelta y con peligro de quebrarse, silla de sala con forro totalmente roto.. mantenimiento urgente.

Definitely worth it!

This was 2 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms apartment directly in the middle of the Malecon and the internet entertainment district. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in town

Closet had mold so you smelled it in room. First floor apt. You can hear all of the noise from the restaurant, people coming and going, street going, and street noise. You have to turn on the hot water all the way then the cold a little to get the hot water flowing. The lady across the street in the laundry has the telephone number to contact someone to let you in.
